Business Networking
As we expanded into Manchester, it became very obvious that we were dying for new investment and also for like minded people who could help to build our business. We looked around the internet and social networking sites but these searches were fruitless and of course we took it to heart, leaving us feeling very disappointed that we hadn't found someone who could help expand us and put us amongst good, honest solicitors that needed more work. However we were shown an effective business networking site that encouraged like minded people to get together and encourage creativity between them. We then saw other solicitors were looking to get together and had actually made their own group which had an open day every year where solicitors got together and discussed pressing matters. It enabled us to get clearer ideas of expansion and what we could to make a solicitors office grow into. We can thank these meetings for giving us the drive to take on our new office and acquire new staff.
We have now effectively overtaken a whole group that now runs an open day for anyone to come along and find out more about the legal world. Even children turn up and see what they could do for themselves as a career. We are most proud that we are able to help the community with our networking and give the work force of tomorrow a clearer picture of what it is like to be a solicitor.
